Quintrell Downs in Cornwall is situated a little way inland from Newquay. This is where a delightful single storey holiday home is to be found. Modern, smart and neat are words that come to mind. Even the lawns surrounding Penn An Vownder Holiday Home are precisely clipped, decking washed and the effect is one of pristine cleanliness and excellent maintenance.

Penn An Vownder is a three bedroom, two bathroom bright and airy holiday rental bungalow. As with many holiday properties, the living, kitchen and dining rooms are combined into one large room. Abstract art graces the plain white and pastel walls. The fitted kitchen is at one end of a long room, the sitting area at the other and a dining section in between. Comfortable and nicely furbished, a family would enjoy spending time together when not on the beach or exploring Cornwall.

There is no need to bring any kitchen utensils because everything is provided. Two electric ovens and hobs are there to cook with and there is a microwave. A holiday could be your excuse to visit the local bakery and taste some Cornish bread and cakes. Treat yourself. A dishwasher would make quick work of any dirty dishes, leaving you free to go out, or some people like to switch them on before they go to bed.

The three bedrooms consist of:

• a king-size room that has an en-suite,

• a twin bedroom and

• another king-size.

A separate shower room is there for general use.

The bungalow has gas central heating, its own parking spaces and WiFi.

This is a holiday home with much appeal. The lack of stairs is perfect for families with a toddler. A cot and Highchair are also provided.

Spend happy hours at Watergate Bay, stretched out sunbathing or take a walk along the beach to be amazed by surfer exploits. There is a host of places to visit and enjoy.
