Bring a little excitement to your life with a holiday in Ambleside, in the heart of the Lake District. Brathay is a first floor one bedroom self-catering apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people in the centre of this thriving Lake District village. A lift provides access to the apartment on the first floor.
The double bedroom sleeps a couple comfortably, plus there is a fold down double bed for 2 children or friends in the living room. There is one bathroom. The living area is all open plan and has a fitted kitchen section and a section with seating and the drop down bed. There is off road parking for a car outside the apartment - which is always valuable in busy Ambleside. Our self-catering guests have use of a leisure complex with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. This apartment is ideal for couples to rent for a romantic holiday or for couples with children. The apartment is available to rent all year round, walkers visit the Lake District during all seasons, there is always something happening and something interesting to see. This apartment in Ambleside has electric central heating. There is an electric oven and hob in the kitchen, a microwave, a very useful fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, a dishwasher to make self-catering easy, a TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. A travel cot and highchair are available for people with babies. Sorry, pets are not permitted and strictly no smoking. Shops and a pub are just 2 minutes walk away. Please Note: Shared use of on site swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room available at ?35 per group per week payable on arrival. There is a refundable ?20 deposit for entry to the leisure complex.
