These beautiful, multi award-winning farm cottages have been cleverly restored from the original granaries, stabling and cowsheds to create a haven of peace and tranquillity amid the wheatfields of Leicestershire. Ensuite facilities throughout, splendid panoramic views, lovely old oak beams, WiFi, luxurious yet homely atmosphere.

The Byre is a gorgeous ground floor cottage with fantastic views out across the cornfields right outside the door where you can sit and watch the buzzards wheeling overhead, try to spot those elusive skylarks high in the sky or sit quietly soaking in the atmosphere and keeping a look out for the local hares! The Byre is a spacious airy ground floor cottage for 4 with fabulous views over Upper Rectory's cornfields. It has masses of original old beams, oak flooring and deep comfy sofas. It has a well-equipped kitchen and large dining table. The pretty double bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The twin room has single beds and an ensuite bathroom. French windows open out onto the patio and lawned area and, facing west.

The Byre can be interconnected to it's sister cottage, The Cowshed, next door to make one lovely cottage for 8!
