This small group of 5 comfortable cottages come in varying sizes from 1 bedroom to a spacious four bedroom. There are beautiful views down the valley of glorious Devon farmland. Visit the seaside resort of Woolacombe with its safe blue flag beaches, or tour the north Devon coast to discover many other wonderful sandy beaches. We also have a well equipped play area to keep children safely amused around the cottages. Optional Farmhouse Kitchen freshly prepared meals available. Changeover day is Friday in two cottages, whilst the other three change on a Saturday, so can offer long weekends etc. Short breaks from ?135. Pets are welcome to a max of two dogs per cottage.

The Great House itself is large, comfortable, cheerful and atmospheric with loads of character in a wonderful location on the edge of the village and is the perfect place to party with friends and family. The Great House is only 150 yards from the village centre with its church ,shop, post office and pub!

There are ten bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, two lounges, a large dining room, pool room, bar (sorry not stocked), games room with mezzanine, a large farmhouse kitchen, an additional small kitchen, all bundled with atmospheric panelling, beams and cosy inglenooks with woodburners. It is possible to accommodate up to 22 in all for a weekend party with family and friends.

The Great House is situated inside the Exmoor National Park and in the beautiful Avill valley, two miles from the heritage village of Dunster and 3 miles from the coast and four miles from Minehead - Somerset's major holiday resort. Hen parties and stag parties welcome.

The historic village of Dedham lies on the Essex-Suffolk border surrounded by miles of unspoilt countryside.Downstairs there is a spacious dining/ living room with a stereo system, wireless broadband (your own laptop) and working fireplace. Adjoining is a beautiful hand crafted elm kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances including microwave and dishwasher. This leads to another comfortable lounge area with TV & video, opening on to a garden. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms (3 double, 2 twin) to sleep up to 10, and two bathrooms fitted with bath and shower, one with large walk in shower, and one more en suite . The sitting room converts to an en suite ground floor bedroom if required for additional, or guests with special needs. Laundry facilities are available inside the cottage. Teervena is a very spacious elegantly restored 1800s lodge with polished floors, period furniture and paintings set on 150 acres of pasture on a working dairy farm. It has its own private avenue and flower garden. There are fine panoramic views from the south-facing conservatory. Screened from the road by mature trees, this tranquil refuge is a good central base for touring the south-west of Ireland. Killarney, Shannon and Blarney are just one hour away. The lodge has 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite and 1 bathroom with bath, electric shower and toilet etc. There are two sets of golf clubs available free for guests use on nearby golf courses.
