Hollyhocks is a two bedroom, ground floor apartment in a large country house set in 25 acres located in The South Hams and close to Dartmoor, Salcombe and Dartmouth. The excellent facilities of the Colmer estate are all free of charge and exclusively for the use of the Colmer Guests. These include swimming pools, tennis court, fishing lake, fitness suite, croquet and boules. The outdoor pool is heated from Mid May to Mid September, the Indoor pool is heated all the year round. The fitness suite is equipped with rowing machine, walking and cycling machines. A sit up frame and a bench press with weights. Discounted temporary membership is available at the nearby Dartmouth Golf and County Club on Green Fees and all their leisure facilities. Other courses in the area include Bigbury - Thurstone and Wrangton. Horse riding is also available nearby.
