Appropriately named and overlooking a simply stunning old church, all rooms enjoy the fabulous views over rooftops towards our famous mountains. Tucked away in a gently elevated setting just above the center of the delightful and picturesque village of Ambleside. Yet you could not be handier for the wealth of excellent restaurants, local shops and pubs this enchanting setting has to offer. 

The cottage sleeps 4 and has just been completely refurbished and has a new kitchen and bathroom. It has an outside area with table and chairs. Sheplegh Court has extensive grounds and guests have full use of a heated swimming pool, all weather tennis court, sauna with plunge pool and a snooker room. The nearest village is Blackawton, although Kingsbridge, Dartmough and Totnes are also close. The area is a haven for all kinds of wildlife and there are beautiful coast and country walks nearby.

For the walker, a generous network of public footpaths radiates from the Estate with Felton Village only 3 miles across the fields. For the equestrian, plentiful horse-grazing paddocks can be provided on the estate. Eshott Is centrally placed in the glorious county of Northumberland: Alnwick Garden, the Cheviot Hills, the unspoilt coastline and its castles are all nearby. Local services including doctors, shops, public houses and restaurants are within 5 miles. Market town shopping is close to hand in Morpeth and Alnwick, both about 10 minutes drive. Newcastle, its International Airport and mainline Railway Station are only 30 minutes away. The most picturesque train route to Edinburgh takes an hour from Eshott's nearby station at Alnmouth.

Rural setting with open farmland and river allows for interesting walks, but close by there is riding, fishing and golf. With local excellent beers and boasting the gastro pub of the year nearby means some great nights out.

Set in two acres of garden in the beautiful Suffolk countryside, it is 2 hours from London, near the Heritage Coast and the ancient town of Woodbridge on the River Deben with its restaurants, pubs and antique shops. Horse riding is just along the lane and golf, fishing, sailing etc. are a short drive away.Availability for half-term and Easter holidays.

Spacious single storey barn conversion in a quiet country setting on private 10 acre nature reserve. It is very convenient for the Suffolk coast especially Minsmere Bird Reserve. The cottage is all on one level. It has two bathrooms. The Second bedroom allows access to second bathroom and third bedroom. Availablility for summer holidays.

Holme Street House is a picturesque Grade 2 listed 18th Century Georgian farmhouse set in a secluded location in 10 acres of grounds. It has 4 bedrooms, and ample space downstairs including a family room with double sofa bed, so would suit 2 families holidaying together. Baby grand piano in sitting room. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (May - Sept) for exclusive use of occupants, and 2 acres of beautiful tended gardens. It is just a short drive from the South Downs and the south coast, with all its varied attractions.

Granary Cottage ' ' :- Comprises the end of a 100 year old stables and Granary, set in the peaceful countryside just one and a half miles from the village of Snainton, between Pickering and Scarborough. The accomodation:- is on one level, with spacious kitchen / diner, two bedrooms and lounge with open fire. With views to the North Yorks Moors, it is an ideal touring base for the market towns of Pickering, Malton and Helmsley, the Historic City of York and "Heartbeat country" all within easy reach. The beaches at Scarborough, Filey and Whitby only a short drive away.
