Good places to visit: Jimmy's Farm, as seen on TV, is a short drive away and is well worth a visit. Beth Chatto Gardens is also close by. Constable country, the Stour Valley, Dedham and Flatford.
Annual Events: Clacton airshow and Carnival week all take place in August.
