About the Self Catering Accommodation:
Situated just 3 and a half miles from the village of Castlemaine is this traditional Irish cottage. Four comfortable bedrooms sleep up to eight making this cottage ideal for groups of friends or large families. Up to two pet dogs are also welcome. Ample space for relaxation is given by two charming sitting rooms, one of which has an open fire for basking in the warm glow of rural life. There is also a kitchen with dining area, family bathroom and additional WC. Of the four bedrooms, three are double bedrooms and one is a twin bedroom. Outside the cottage has a large garden with a football goal and basketball hoop to provide fun for all the family whilst the patio is perfect for enjoying summer evenings. The front of the cottage offers views of the stunning Slieve Mish Mountains which is an excellent place for walking and hiking. Great days out can be enjoyed nearby with visits to the Ring of Kerry, the town of Killarney and the Killarney National Park coming highly recommended. This cottage is a fantastic base for exploring the wonders of south-west Ireland.
