A wonderful barn conversion attached to the owner's own farmhouse, on this 220-acre arable farm, which is ideal for a group of friends or family to relax and enjoy. Situated to the west of Shrewsbury in the Heart of England, this former barn has been converted into smart holiday accommodation with that desirable sauna and hot tub. Peace and quiet can be yours along with a myriad of assorted pleasures on this cottage holiday. You will sleep well because of the tranquil location and the high degree of comfort provided in this luxurious holiday home. There are three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms. Two of the stylish bedrooms are king-size, the other contains adult-sized bunk beds which can be converted to a single if preferred. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower rooms with invigorating body jets.

A 42in television in the lounge is complemented by four additional flat screen TVs. This is a holiday home that would keep any teenagers happy. An ipod dock enables guests to listen to their favourite music.

Located in a small rural village, access to a pub and restaurant is just 1.4 miles away. The property is surrounded by a number of walking trails, such as Offa's Dyke Pathway, or just a five minute route to Loton Estate's Deer Park. There are lots of places to visit nearby. Powis Castle and gardens make for an interesting day out just ten miles away. The cottage is on the English side of the border with Wales. The landscapes in this area are pretty, Ironbridge Gorge, Shrewsbury, and the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are all with easy reach by car. Even the Snowdonia National Park is possible for a complete day out; it's only just over an hour's drive to the west.
