One of five quality stone-built barn conversions, which surround a large courtyard on this 220-acre working arable farm, close to the Offa's Dyke pathway. Sleeping up to 12, the property is perfect for a family get-together or a group of friends to enjoy the quiet location.

With a thoughtful open-plan layout, there is plenty of space and light throughout the large dining room, kitchen and two lounge areas, one of which contains a warming corner woodburner and the other a pool table. There are 6 well-kept bedrooms all with en-suites, along with an extra bathroom and separate toilet. The real highlight of the property has to be the private 8-seater hot tub, situated within a enclosed garden, and indoor sauna, ideal for enjoying with friends or family.

In an adjacent barn there well-sized play area complete with ball-pit, climbing frame, air hockey and football table, which is perfect for young children. There is off-road parking for up to 6 cars.

The sleepy village of Alberbury makes this the perfect rural location for avid walkers and countryside enthusiasts. Close by, however, is a more urban environment with the Tudor town of Shrewsbury just 9 miles away with its superb selection of pubs, bars and restaurants. A stone's throw from the town is the old Roman city at Wroxeter and the National Trust's Attingham Park.
