This large and lovely property is close to both Barmouth and Harlech, both with good beaches and a variety of amenities. A fabulous base for your North Wales holiday.

Recommended Attractions near Talybont: The popular coastal holiday village of Talybont lies between one of the most picturesque resorts on the Welsh coast, Barmouth, and the World Heritage Site of Harlech - all of which are surrounded by the unrivalled splendour of the Snowdonia National Park.
Talybont has shops, an Italian reastaurant, a riverside pub and a large sandy beach ideal for family fun
It is an excellent base for both coastal and hill walking, cycling, sea and freshwater fishing and all watersports.
The traditional seaside town of Barmouth boasts an enormous sandy Blue Flag beach, perfect for families. A variety of shops, pubs and restaurants combined with the mild climate, make this an ideal destination for a holiday, even out of season. A paradise for walkers, climbers and cyclists, Mount Cader Idris is nearby, the second highest mountain in Wales. An abundance of wildlife along the Mawddach Estuary, trout fishing in mountain lakes, Harlech Castle, St David's golf course and Portmeirion Italienate Village - a sample of the many superb attractions within easy reach of this lovely area.
Snowdonia National Park, situated in North Wales, boasts breathtaking mountain scenery, crystal clear lakes and cascading waterfalls. Climb Snowdon, which at 1085m is Wales' highest mountain, or travel to the summit in style on the charming Mountain Railway. Alternatively, why not sample the beautiful green valley of Llangollen by steam train or from a leisurely horse-drawn canal boat.
In July, the annual Llangollen Eisteddfod transforms the town into a unique centre of international music and dance, attracting musicians and singers from across the globe. You could also explore the beautiful coastline, safe sandy beaches and watersports of the Lleyn Peninsula, as well as Colwyn Bay, historic Conwy, Victorian Llandudno or the Isle of Anglesey on the north coast.
