Warren Cottage is a cosy and secluded two-bedroom woodman's cottage in the South Herefordshire countryside, adjacent to the ancient Aconbury Woods. It offers easy access to the Black Mountains, Hay-on-Wye, the river Wye, great country walks and a range of pubs. There is a well-stocked shop in the neighbouring village.

The cottage has two bedrooms. One double and one single. The ground floor is predominantly open-plan with a low beamed ceiling. The recently installed kitchen is well equipped with a new cooker and fridge, a microwave and plenty of utensils. There is a dining area, a cosy corner with two comfy sofas, a separate bathroom (with heated towel rail) and loo. A Clearview wood-burner and night storage heater provide nearly all the coattage's heat. Upstairs is one double bedroom and a single room both with duvets and linen. Both have small electric radiators.

When the cottage was bought it was in a state of disrepair. It has now been lovingly renovated and is available to rent to those who wish to enjoy its peaceful rural setting. The cottage's owners live 100 yards away across the orchard in Warren Farmhouse and may provide fresh bantam eggs if they are available.
