A group of award winning luxury cottages converted from stone farm buildings to provide a small and intimate leisure complex with an indoor pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis, family bikes, Games Room with soft play areas for the smaller folk, 54" screen and DVD, Play-Station2, snooker, table-tennis and darts. The non smoking cottages are of varying sizes, sleeping from 2 person up to 8, making them ideal for romantic weekends or a venue for a larger group holidaying together. Each cottage is equipped with all essentials for a relaxing holiday including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and video, hair dryer. Electricity heating, bedding, 2 towels per person, introductory summer barbecue, and use of all leisure facilities are included in the price. The location is perfect for walking, cycling and sightseeing. If you wish to play golf, there are 7 golf courses within 20 miles. Wonderful clean sandy beaches and coves are a short walk or drive away. Snowdonia with spectacular mountain scenery, and the railway to the summit of Snowdon, is 20 miles away. The cottages are pet-friendly with a small extra charge for dogs.

Sailing, canoeing, surfing, skin diving, or relaxing on one of the numerous safe, sandy beaches, on the 50 mile Lleyn coast, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visit Towyn Beach on the Lleyn Peninsula, Porthysgaden Bay, Caernarfon and Castle, Abersoch, Cricieth, Portmadog, Portmeirion Italianate Village, the Llechwedd slate mines, the Ffestiniog Railway.
