The conversion has resulted in private, high quality, detached accommodation on a single floor furnished to a high standard. After a day at the beach or sightseeing you can crash out on the corner sofa, in the glow of a wood burning stove if the weather’s not too hot, or open up the French doors and let in the fresh country air when it’s warm. The open plan living area also includes a dining table and a galley kitchen with eye-level oven. The bedroom has a king-size double bed and a single sofa bed along with an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Outside is a sheltered patio, overlooking the owner’s spacious and tidy grounds with a backdrop of spectacular scenery. This tasteful cottage is a short distance from Conwy.
