Cowes View Coastguard Cottage Cowes View Coastguard cottage is situated directly on the beach, slightly elevated so has amazing panoramic sea views across The Solent and to The Isle of Wight, opposite Cowes. The cozy cottage is delightful all year round for watching the busy sea scape. The cottage is suitable for any special occasion, romantic getaways, family and children. A comfortable kingsize bed and fresh sea air ensure a good night's sleep. There are two bathrooms to cope with a family of up to five. This holiday home alongside Hill Head Beach is perfect for seaside breaks with children. Go for walks on the beach, take a trip to the Isle of Wight for a day out or if you have a dog, enjoy walks along the beach to nearby Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve where there is a tea room
Solent Sea View Cottage Solent Sea View is a delightful spacious cottage with views across the Solent, just a stones throw from the beach. This 3 bedroom cottage is suitable for families, couples and groups of friends. There is a lounge overlooking the grassy garden and a view towards the sea, a spacious kitchen and three bedrooms, the main one being a bright airy room with a view over the gardens to the sea.

Good places to visit near Hill Head: Take the half hour ferry from Portsmouth for a day out on the Isle of Wight. There is lots to see, perhaps use the chain ferry in Cowes. There is much to see and do within a small area, perhaps visit the historic dockyard, HMS Victory and Mary Rose ancient ships, wander around the New Forest spotting ponies and giant redwoods planted by Queen Victoria, pop over to Brighton for shopping or entertainment, take a look at Stonehenge, the fabulois towns of Winchester and Chichester, National Nature Reserve, Paultons Park, National Motor Museum, the city of Portsmouth.
