A charming semi-detached seven bedroom holiday home awaits happy guests at Fanore in County Clare. Set in one of Ireland's most beautiful holiday areas near a beach on the north Atlantic coast, this house would be fabulous for a chilled out seaside holiday and a taste of Ireland.
The interior is homely, somewhere where it is easy for all ages to relax. At the hub of the house is a large open plan kitchen dining and sitting area where all the action happens and people can talk, cook and do what they need to on holiday. Two smaller comfortable sitting rooms provide a place to escape for some privacy or a place to curl up and read in quiet.
Although the house can accommodate up to sixteen people, it is important to note that the dining room seats six, and the open plan dining area also seats six. Meals may have to be informal or staged. It is a good big house for families holidaying together who are able to organise their meals and children in shifts.
The bedrooms are furnished in pine and all have their own TVs. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a sauna, two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a twin with its own shower room. Three bedrooms have to share the family bedroom or other facilities. A large extended family could work things out.
Being a mere ten minute walk away from the safe Blue Flag sandy beach, this holiday home would be ideal for families with numerous children between them. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available if required.
Outside is a quirky garden with pond, ornaments and a side patio with garden furniture.
This self-catering seaside house could be just the thing for the right groups of people. The big Atlantic waves are fantastic for surfing holidays. A short drive leads to the Burren National park or the border with County Galway. Aillwee Cave, via the coastal route to Ballyvaughan, is the place for cavern tours and bird of prey displays. Come and enjoy coastal Ireland, the beautiful views, Irish hospitality and love of children.
