This 2 bedroom pet-friendly barn conversion was originally a hay barn and has been lovingly converted to now offer comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 4. Located in Norfolk in East Anglia, this barn conversion is situated in the hamlet of West End, near to the village of Necton and the market town of Swaffham. The accommodation at the Haybarn comprises an open plan living area with sitting room, a dining area and a fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family shower room. When it comes to entertainment and cosy nights in, this cottage benefits from a flat screen TV with Freeview , DVD player, CD player and a collection of DVDs, books and games. Outside the property there is a lovely garden complete with garden furniture, as well as a large pond and an unfenced stream. There is also a BBQ for summer use. Parking is available for two vehicles. There are some wonderful day outs to enjoy in Norfolk. Popular places to visit include Thetford Forest, the Norfolk coastline and the wonderful historical city of Norfolk. This is a wonderful cottage for an East Anglian self-catering holiday at any time of year. Please note that up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement and at extra cost, contact Sykes Cottages for more information. There are also chickens and horses nearby therefore dogs must be kept on a lead. This property is non smoking. Please also note that due to the stream and pond in the garden, this cottage is not suitable for children under the age of 8 and children must be supervised.
