A fabulous 17th century country house set in 2 acres of woodland-styled grounds based in the quiet village of Bronygarth overlooking a stunning backdrop of the Glyn Ceiriog Valley. Sleeping up to 30 people makes the property ideal for a large family occasion or a special celebration with friends.

Containing many of its original period features, this property oozes character along with an air of contemporary class. Pristine wooden floors line the rooms, with roaring fireplaces in the key rooms within the house. There are 10 uniquely styled bedrooms, 6 of which are family rooms. Four of the rooms have en-suites whereas the other bedrooms can make use of the clean and sophisticated family bathrooms. The standout room has to be the kitchen, with its blend of a modern island work surface and oil-fired Rayburn cooker. The farmhouse feel makes it the perfect place to cook up a culinary delight, which can be served galleried reception room with woodburning stove. The lounge is ideal for retreating to at the end of the day, with its warm inglenook fireplace. One may wish to take a book out of the property's library and make use of the light shining through the spacious conservatory.

At the rear of the manicured lawn is a timber chalet housing a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna. An indoor games room with full-size pool table is available along with an all-weather tennis court. One can get lost wandering the tidy grounds, glimpsing magnificent views of the charismatic Chirk Castle in the near distance.

In a perfect rural location, active guests can take on the scenic Offa's Dyke pathway, which runs close to the grounds. The small border town of Chirk, known as ‘The Gateway to Wales' offers numerous pubs, shops and restaurants. Another border town, Oswestry, is a wonderful place to enjoy long-distance views from its ancient Iron Age fort.
