Little Canwood House is in a  remote area but still situated less than 15 minutes from Hereford City centre and approximately 20 minutes from the M50 motorway means that the accommodation is easily accessible. 

2 travel cots, 2 highchairs and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 4 cars.

The farmhouse has extensive facilities to make your stay special. There are two large lounges complete with large flatscreen TV's, Sky & DVD players. One has comfy leather sofas, a wide screen TV, stripped floors and overlooks the garden.  The second is ideal for entertaining; its French doors lead out onto the patio and barbeque area which has stunning views down the valley to the Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, there is the snug, which can either be a private sitting room for the double bedroom above with private staircase located in the Annex or serve as an additional lounge.

We also specialise in hosting stag and hen groups especially out of season, we can cater for groups of upto 12 at Court Farm Farmhouse or up to 17 at Northcott.  It really is the perfect venue for a hen or stag weekend as it is set away from other residential properties and simply an excellent location to chill out and the stunning Northcott beach being only half a mile away.

Up to 3 dogs welcome by arrangement (£20 per dog).

The large gardens have TWO HOT-TUBS a children's play area complete with swings, a climbing frame outdoor toys and ample room for softball games. During bad weather and the winter months children and those young at heart can entertain themselves in the converted heated cellar. It contains a pool table and an array of toddler toys.  There is Wifi available at the house.

The farm is also conveniently situated along the Cotswold Way, allowing for further exploration of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Within a mere ten-minute stroll to the village, you'll find 'The Old Crown Inn,' a traditional West Country pub. Here, you can savour reasonably priced, delectable meals and an impressive selection of beverages, including local real ales and cider.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and is set on a galleried mezzanine overlooking the sitting room. Steps down from the sitting room lead to a luxury bathroom with an oval air bath, big enough for two, and in which guests can have a gentle and relaxing aquamassage. Outside the garden overlooks the small pond and is partly gravelled and planted with sea-side loving plants.
