Chinnor lies to the south east of Oxford, about 3 miles east from Junction 6 of the M40. It's an ancient village with archaeological evidence of the Saxons and Romans. The Ridgeway National Trail passes past Chinnor along the route from the North Wessex Downs to the Chilterns.
