There is a fast rail link to London (30 - 40 minutes), less than 1 hour from London. A regular bus service is available close by. Whilst a car is not essential, it would enhance your enjoyment. 	The Granary is a 3 Bedroom luxury cottage in Constable Country, on the Essex-Suffolk border, just a few minutes from the beautiful village of Dedham and the old waterfront town of Manningtree on the Stour estuary. Spend a while in the Finnish Sauna followed by the Spa pool on your private patio overlooking open pastures. Sit by the log burning stove and watch any of the Satellite channels with theatre sound dvd/video. 	Spring Hall Cottage is a charming 200 year old Grade II listed thatched cottage in the North Essex/South Suffolk borders. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with a new kitchen and bathroom complementing the wealth of exposed beams. There are two separate double bedrooms one of which can be made into two single beds if required, the lounge is 23 feet long which features the original inglenook fireplace, the dining room area seats 8 comfortably so you can entertain your family and friends in style. The cottage has an enclosed garden of approximately one third of an acre laid down to lawns and flowerbeds with views overlooking farm land.
