It has three self contained suites so you and your friends or family can enjoy an amazing holiday all together but with the privacy of separate accommodations or you can simply enjoy the entire house all to yourself. All suites are decorated and furnished to a high standard with beautiful glass walls for maximum appreciation of the views, plus open fireplaces, leather sofas, great TV and sound systems and large spacious rooms. The three suites also provide all the amenities you might need on your stay including washing machine, tumble dryer, central heating, electric ovens, microwaves and all kitchen equipment. Yarrawa Hill is totally private, ideal for a holiday full of peace and tranquility, your only neighbours being Wombats, Wallabies, Lyre Birds and Rosellas. It is situated less than 2 hours from Sydney and Canberra and the nearest village is the historic Robertson, the nearest towns are Bowral and Kiama, both less than an hour away and home to great restaurants and a wonderful seaside resort. The area has so much to offer for people looking to explore on their stay with Morton National Park, Carrington Falls and the Minnamurra Rain forest found locally.

This is a unique holiday home in the southern highlands of New South Wales, located on the Illawarra escarpment amongst beautiful rainforest and eucalyptus. The Treehouse has large deck area with great teak loungers and two fantastic hammocks for you to sit out and enjoy the sounds of the rainforest. Open plan layouts and en-suite bathrooms make your stay even more luxurious and comfortable. There are 3 suites named The West pavilion, The East wing and the Lower floor suite, all with fantastic rooms and facilities. The West Pavilion even has a 4o foot room, the 'Great room', plus double glazing, an open fireplace, woodburning stove, walk in pantry, open plan state-of-the-art kitchen and cloakroom with large laundry. The East Wing boasts two living areas, both with double bedrooms, ensuites and study.  There is also a large conservatory and outside deck. The Lower Floor suite has an open plan layout with under floor heating, open fire, wet bar, large double bedroom with en-suite and finally your own private deck.
