For UK & Ireland self catering properties:

	Advertising on 2 websites. For a low annual fee, you get an advertisement on 2 websites: www.countrycottagesonline.com and www.countrycottagesonline.net. Our .com site focuses on UK & Ireland properties whereas the .net site is wider in its coverage and includes self catering properties overseas.
	Lots of free extras in our all inclusive advertising package. Use our late availability, mid week breaks and special offer sections when you want for free. For single properties, we also have an availability calendar facility that can be switched on or off according to your needs. There is even an availability calendar that can be added to your own website if you wish.
	Pay no commission. We charge a competitively priced annual advertising fee. There is no commission to pay us for any bookings you get via the sites.
	Deal direct. Visitors to the site contact you direct so you are free to get on with running your business. You can also log in and edit most aspects of your holiday cottage advertisement at any time.
	UK based customer service. If you email or call us, you can be assured that our offices are UK based.

As our advertising is low cost though, many with a number of properties choose to place 2 ads (we can offer a discount for a second ad, ask us for details). If you have a number of cottages it can often be a good idea to place 2 ads with one focusing on a small property and one on the largest.

		Advertising on www.countrycottagesonline.net - £50 plus VAT (£60 in total) for 1 year for holiday homes abroad only £50 plus VAT (£60 in total) for a 1 year period to advertise on the CountryCottagesOnline.net site only for your holiday villas, gites and apartments abroad e.g. Spain, Italy, Greece. This site is owner-update only. You edit and update your own details and photographs as and when you wish via a login facility. From your owner menu, you have access to : late availability and special offers at no extra charge for your holiday home free use of Mid-week breaks and weekend breaks which also appear on other web sites optional online availability calendar and provisional bookings, a calendar that you can link to from your own website to provide an availability calendar for your own visitors. Colours can be changed to suit your own website. If you’re already a member of Country Cottages Online, the use of Mid-week break, Late Availability and Special offer pages is included in the annual advertising fee. To do this register your holiday cottage or holiday home details and start adding details of your mid-week break.
