	1, Stoodley Barn in Holne, near Ashburton, Devon, is the larger part of an old, granite barn converted about 20 years ago and is full of character and charm. It is 600ft (190 metres) above sea level and the views are magnificent. The accommodation comprises a lovely, large living room with beamed ceiling, limestone fireplace and Freeview multi-channel tv. There is a downstairs WC and kitchen - with beautiful views of the countryside. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has a standard single bed, with an extra pull-out bed for a child.
