Three storey holiday cottage, ideal for a family or group up to 8. Spend leisurely days on the nearby sandy beach, or instead indulge your love of watersports; kayaking, paddleboarding, jet skiing and more is on offer locally. After lunch at one of the huge choice of restaurants, to suit all pockets and tastes, take a walk along the coastal path.

However you wish to spend your days, you will always be happy to return to Picardy Cottage, your home-from-home. Relax in the evening over an unhurried meal in the dining room, cooked up in the galley kitchen, that is equipped with a full range of appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer for easy self-catering. Finish your wine, comfortably rested on one of the soft grey sofas, in front of the TV, to enjoy an exciting film.

When your film draws to an end, it's time to venture to one of the two bathrooms, before heading off for a calm night of sweet dreams in one of the spacious, attractive, comfy bedrooms. On the first floor there is:

• One double bedroom,

• One twin bedroom

Up on the second floor there is:

• A double bedroom,

• A twin bedroom

The family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC completes the accommodation.

An additional bathroom is on the ground floor with a bath plus shower over.

There is a hall where you can leave all the stuff you will be taking to the beach everyday.

Combine a trip to the farmers market (on Wednesdays) in Dorchester just 7 miles away, with a visit to the Sea Life Centre. Other options are Abbotsbury Swannery with up to 1,000 swans or for the gardeners amongst your group a stroll around the beautiful Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens.
