Looking for a 2 bedroom rural retreat break close to Launceston? If so, this 2 bedroom semi-detached stone cottage in the hamlet of Polyphant near Launceston which sleeps four people in two bedrooms could be just what you have in mind.

Inside this cottage is welcoming and homely. There is a sitting room and a kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a shower room with WC, as well as a shared conservatory and a shared external utility area. Outside there is a large, attractive shared garden with a lovely fenced pond area, beautiful views, and off road parking for one car.

The cottage is one of a collection of four holiday homes set in a courtyard next door to the owners’ farmhouse. While in a rural setting the property is only five miles from the historic Cornish town of Launceston and close to Bodmin Moor. It also provides easy access to surfing on the North Cornwall Coast and cycling along the family-friendly Camel Trail.
