This impressive seaside holiday house sleeps up to sixteen people in the popular resort of Bude in north Cornwall.

Westerly House in Bude, Cornwall, has a dual personality. Masquerading from the outside as a Victorian seaside Villa, step through the blue front door into the Victorian hallway with original tiles and the house becomes a hi-tech, contemporary holiday home.

One of the first things that people notice about this self-catering house is the amount of living space. Even accommodating a full complement of sixteen guests, the house will not feel overcrowded. The living areas include a lounge/conservatory, a TV room, a main sitting room and a spacious vaulted kitchen.

• The lounge/conservatory that looks out into the back garden is a bright airy room which has a tiled floor, a woodburner and a corner sofa and chairs arranged around the 50in smart television.
• The television room has an even larger 65inch TV and comfortable seating.
• The main sitting room lends itself to quieter pursuits and conversation. Modern and elegant, sofas stand around a coffee table facing the woodburner.

A long spacious kitchen is fitted with white and steel-grey units. Miele brand appliances enable self-catering for a large group of people. There are three ovens, a five-ring gas hob, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a welcome coffee machine for guests who appreciate freshly brewed coffee in the morning. A big dining table to seat up to sixteen stands at one end of the kitchen.
