Set in beautiful rural north Devon, just half a mile from Exmoor National Park and only 2.5 miles from the coast, is this charming self-catering barn conversion. Located opposite the owner’s home on a lovely working farm, this holiday home offers lovely countryside views and has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4. Retaining its lovely slate floors in some rooms and with a warming woodburning stove in the lounge, this cottage has been superbly modernised to blend the old with the new. The comfortable sitting room has the benefit of a wood burner and includes a dining area, whilst the fitted kitchen is equally well equipped with plenty of storage and work space. There is a family bathroom and the cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All in all this is a lovely cottage for a family of four. The wonderful views out towards Exmoor can be savoured from the garden terrace with its seating and barbecue. The cottage is close to the South West Costal Path with the nearest beach and shops at Combe Martin.
