Inside there is an open plan kitchen, dining and seating area where you can look out on lovely sea views. There is also a sitting room with a second tv and double sprung settee bed, as well as a conservatory, so this property features ample living space. There is also a shower room with WC.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms; one double bedroom with impressive views and an en-suite bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
Outside there is an enclosed garden and patio with panoramic sea and coast views and parking for two cars.
Within walking distance is Ilfracombe’s town centre, its historic harbour with fishing and sightseeing boat trips including day visits to Lundy Island with its Puffins, beaches and Tunnels Beaches, Museum, Aquarium, Landmark Theatre, and cinema. Crows Nest is well situated for exploring North Devon including Exmoor, The Victorian cliffs railway at Lynton and Lynmouth, sandy swimming and surfing beaches at Croyde, Putsborough, Woolacombe and Saunton, and the massive sand dunes of Braunton Burrows. The nearest large town is Barnstaple with both in and out of town shopping. Up to two dogs are welcome.
