A spacious 4 bedroomed Victorian house sleeping 12 people, attached to High Mill, an historic water mill originally dating back to the 12th century and associated with nearby Pickering Castle. Unrivalled views of the scenic North York Moors Railway, which runs right past the house. All rooms ensuite, plus a ground flood wet room with shower and toilet.

Pleasant conservatory with views of the mature garden and railway. Ideal for large family groups and slightly more mature hen parties or stag parties looking for a good location to celebrate, but with many local tourist attractions, spectacular moorland and coastal resorts within easy reach. Also a short 5 minute walk from the town centre with numerous good pubs and restaurants to suit every taste. Pickering is also a short drive - or ride - from the world renowned Dalby Forest, with purpose built walking and cycle trails of every grade and Go Ape for those with a head for heights. The stunning scenery of the North York Moors National Park is also just a few miles away and coastal towns like Scarborough and Whitby are only around 30 minutesí drive away.
