Sandpipers is a spacious 3 bedroom 200 years old cottage in Tunstall village near Snape Maltings. It is close to the Heritage coastline, a great location for family or activity holidays. Surrounded by pretty enclosed mature gardens this comfortable cottage it is ideally suited for families with children. Pets welcomed.

Inside this property has 3 double bedrooms suitable for 6 people but an additional Z bed and travel cot are available on request. The large living room has an open fire and a view of the pretty front garden. There is a separate dining room and well equipped newly fitted kitchen. Heating and constant hot water are provided by an oil fired boiler. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in external utility room. The front and back gardens are both secure, with off street parking for several cars in the front driveway.
Situated just outside of Tunstall, you can enjoy the rural setting yet with the convenience of Tunstall's facilities such as its art gallery with coffee shop and garage close by.
Sandpipers is ideally located for exploring this beautiful area and is within easy reach of Snape, Aldeburgh, Orford, Southwold, Dunwich, Walberswick, Woodbridge & Sutton Hoo for day trips by car. There are many opportunities for walking: Tunstall and Rendlesham forests, by the river Alde and the marshes at Snape, and by the coast at Orford, Aldeburgh and Dunwich. The quiet country roads are ideal for cyclists and birdwatchers can enjoy the delights of Minsmere, Havergate and other locations which are only a short drive away. Other activities available locally are horseriding and golf. Music Lovers will find it convenient for the Snape Maltings (2 miles) where regular concerts are held, as well as the internationally famous Aldeburgh Music Festival.
