Graig Las is a semi detached, stone built barn conversion in the middle of nowhere, set on the owner's land, 2 miles from the small village of Llangynog, fifteen miles from Bala and close to the Snowdonia National Park. the Coed y Brenin Forest park is about 9 miles away for woodland walks and perhaps mountain biking. Wales is a superb outdoor break destination with off road cycling, orienteering, sailing and fishing. This cottage sleeps 6 people and has 2 bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double and a first floor double, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with woodburner and a mezzanine sitting area with a sofabed. Because of the double bed arrangements, this self catering cottage is suited to 3 couples holidaying together. The outside of this cottage has a rear patio with garden furniture and a brazier, a hot tub (always popular with couples) and enough parking space for 2 cars. Graig Las is a wonderful holiday home for an adult group wishing to get away from it all. Visit Lake Vyrnwy with its Victorian reservoir and stone built dam, go bird watching out and about locally and in the Snowdonia National Park.

Recommended Attractions near Llangynog, Builth Wells: Situated in breathtaking countryside amongst the Berwyn Mountains and wooded hills and valleys is the village of Llangynog. The village has two pubs and is ideal for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling. Lake Bala is nearby and is perfect for fishing and watersports, and a ride on the lakeside steam railway. Lake Vyrnwy, with its RSPB centre and Llanrhaeadr Waterfall are well worth visiting.
