We had a lovely time at Dolwen, very quiet and peaceful with easy access to the Elan Valley. Rooms very spacious and easy to walk with a stroller for my mother who is in a wheelchair but uses a stroller indoors. Very spacious kitchen to eat in or you can use the table in the living room with views to the garden and the surrounding countryside. Lovely to get up before the rest of the family with a cup of coffee and sit in the conservatory watching the blue tits on the feeder and the cows in the next field. The Elan valley is a must for a visit. spectacular views. we had a lovely time.

Welcoming, homely, and well-managed. Lovely, wildlife friendly garden and lots of footpaths for walks nearby. Super area to explore by car, or for cycling for the more energetic. Comfortable, spacious accommodation all on one floor. Everything you need for a great holiday, including a well-tuned piano with a lovely tone. Close up views of the cows in nearby field. (Grab rail near toilet and bath, but not a disabled wetroom.)
