Parwin is a charming traditional Cornish cottage nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Treknow, just a short walk from the beautiful Trebarwith beach. This delightful Treknow cottage comfortably sleeps eight and features two king-size bedrooms, including one with an en-suite, two twin rooms, and a family bathroom. The ground floor welcomes you with a cosy kitchen diner and a sitting room furnished with comfy sofas and a wood burner, perfect for relaxing after exploring Treknow and its surroundings. Outside, enjoy the enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Please note, the courtyard has a 2.5 ft drop to the BBQ area, so supervision is advised for toddlers. Roadside parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.

This Treknow cottage is ideal for dog owners, welcoming two well-behaved dogs at an additional charge of £15 per pet, per week. Access the property via a gate and five steep stone steps with a rope handrail. Be mindful that the cottage's ground floor features original flagstones that might be uneven, which could pose challenges for those with mobility issues. Note: No stag or hen parties are allowed at Parwin, and bookings must start on a Friday.
