Nestling on a working livestock farm amongst some of the country’s finest scenery is this well designed and surprisingly spacious self-catering holiday home. Located close to the village of Gosforth, this pet-friendly cottage is within the wing of a historical farmhouse set within the beauty of the Lake District National Park. With sleeping accommodation for 7 this cottage has three super king sized bedrooms, that can be converted to twins if preferred. The large living area is open plan and incorporates a relaxing sitting area, a fitted kitchen and dining area. There is both a shower room with basin and WC and a family bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. A sofa bed is available in the lounge area. Outside, a large patio area lets you make the most of your rural location and by prior arrangement with the owners you can have use of a paddock as well. Pet-friendly, this property welcomes dogs and a maximum of two are permitted. In the nearby historical village of Gosforth you can find a post office and a pub. All around is the scenery of the Lake District National Park, one of the most beautiful parts of England and an excellent place for boating, cycling and walking on a self-catering holiday.
