A beautiful 200 year old, stone-built converted barn with one other attached property, set in a fantastic rural location on the owner's non-working farm, close to the quiet village of Zeal Monachorum in mid-Devon.
Space is in abundance in this 2-bedroom property, with modern and stylish decor flowing through the interior. The main attraction is the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, which has all the amenities you will need. The lounge boasts gorgeous views from the French windows over the lush, green hills. The ground floor also contains a toilet facility. Upstairs, the views continue through the windows of the clean and comfortable double bedroom and twin room.
The owners are happy for guests to wander around the farm, taking in the countryside air and enjoying the on-site ponies and chickens. Feel free to stroll down to the fishing-lake, where you can to see what you can catch!

Just 9 miles east, the small market town of Crediton has all one needs; shops selling gifts and groceries, a stylish leisure centre and family-friendly pubs. Beautiful walks can be found throughout the countryside near to the cottage, including the Tarka trail; its path formed on old railway tracks. Only half an hour's drive is the cathedral city of Exeter, with its accredited University, historic quay, theatres and bars.
