Superb 1 bedroom barn conversion in the Wye Valle AONB, close to Whitchurch

Absolutely delightful, 1 bedroom stone property, with beamed ceilings that echo it's heritage. A beautifully furnished, holiday home within the Wye Valley AONB, which will appeal to those who enjoy, abseiling, horse riding, cycling, fishing, kayaking, and more.

The open plan living space is decorated and furnished in soft earthy colours creating a warm atmosphere, guests will enjoy spending time in. In the corner is a kitchen, equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with ice box, and dishwasher. Cook up a tasty meal from the locally sourced ingredients you picked up, from the village shop, on your way home from golf in Ross-on-Wye. Serve to the attractive wooden dining suite. Finish your dinner wine, seated comfortably in one of the two plush sofas. Watch TV or just chat about the day's adventures.

When you can't stop yawning, it is time to step into the shower, before retreating to the calm of the double bedroom. It is possible to add Z beds/travel cot to increase accommodation to four.

The patio is a marvellous idyllic location for breakfast or an evening BBQ.
