Old Farmhouse Sleeps 7 The Old Farmhouse sleeps up to 7 people in welcoming and homely accommodation, this Somerset farmhouse could be the ideal base for your holiday with friends or family in Somerset with a location in the tranquil village of Horton, around mid-way between Ilminster and Taunton. Three star rated and with generous gardens, a paddock and a setting backing on to fields, this is a great holiday cottage for a relaxing self-catering holiday just 10 minutes' drive from the Blackdown Hills and around half an hour's drive from the coast and Lyme Regis. The Old Farmhouse may appeal to those with access needs as it features a stairlift and a ramp for wheelchair access to the rear.
Inside the Old Farmhouse is homely and welcoming. There are 2 sitting rooms (one with a warming Inglenook fireplace) and each with TV, a well equipped kitchen/diner, a separate dining room to seat 7, as well as four bedrooms (two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom) and two bathrooms (one downstairs shower room and one shower room upstairs, each with grab rails).
Outside there are generous gardens to the rear of the property, as well as a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ for dining alfresco in summer time. There is also a ramp and path to allow access for wheelchair users and a stair-lift in the hall.>

The Annexe has been designed specifically with those with special access needs in mind. The Annexe sleeps up to 4 people (with one twin bedroom with profiling beds and one sofa bed) and has been designed for set specifications laid down by the National Accessibility Standards. Stylish and modern and disabled-friendly, this property has wheelchair wide doorways and ramps and features a shower room with a shower seat and grab rails.
