The provision of a hot tub or spa to holiday cottage accommodation is almost expected, holidaymakers like the idea of being able to lie back in a swirling hot tub and allow themselves to relax. Small one bedroom cottages may have a private hot tub for two, the larger ones are likley to have an 8-seater hot tub. Some hot tubs boast an impressive range of massage jets and programmes, some have coloured lights.
The usual arrangment with private hot tubs is to have one in the back garden, either on decking or in a type of summer house. The facilities are shared in holiday parks and may be part of a leisure complex.
One thing is certain, there are numerous holiday homes of all types that have a hot tub; this includes pine lodges, big mansions and barn conversions.
