Super-king comfort in the bedroom

If you have a superking bed at home, you will want to book a holiday home that also has one. These holiday rentals in the Peak District all have at least one super-king bed. Most commonly, there will be zip-linked beds that easily convert to a superking. It is very nice to be able to stretch out in bed and meet in the middle only when you want to.

Air conditioning is still rare in English holiday homes and although the Peak District is not noted for high temperatures, it does see occasional days with temperature spikes. Holidaymakers would be grateful that they have plenty of space to themselves on those hot sweaty days.

A fairly spacious bedroom is needed to house a bed that is almost as wide as it is long. You might be fortunate to find one in a stone cottage in the Derbyshire countryside, but it is more likely that you will find one in a town property. There are some large and spacious stone villas in Derbyshire’s towns which may offer the kind of accommodation that you are looking for. In most cases, the Peak District National Park is a short drive away and the chances are that you will want to visit several places during your holiday anyway.
