Willow Cottage is one of 3 self catering properties on Noddsdale Estate. It is a modernised semi-detached cottage in Brisbane Glen, just 2 miles from the centre of Largs. Set in it's own enclosed beautiful garden, it has views over the fields and trees to Largs and the Firth of Clyde beyond. There are 2 bedrooms which can either be super kings or singles and one cabin size bedroom with a single bed and a travel cot. Suitable for families, dogs and accessible to almost all, it is the most flexible of our properties. Also at the Noddsdale Estate are The Bell Loft and East Wing are unique parts of Noddsdale House and are suitable for families with children 10 years and over, but no pets are allowed. The Estate has lovely walks behind the house up onto the hill with stunning views over to the islands of Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. There is also a tennis court for your use.

Recommended Attractions near Largs: PS Waverley takes trips 'doon the watter' during the summer months and is very popular. She is the last ocean going Paddle Steamer in the world and not to be missed. The smallest Cathedral in Britain, if not Europe, is in Millport on the Island of Cumbrae and hosts wonderful concerts on Sunday afternoons in the summer.
Good places to visit near Largs: Glasgow for some culture and shopping is a great day out. Argyll for the views and delicious seafood at the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar, Inverary Castle, any number of gardens and walks along the way including Benmore Gardens near Dunoon. The islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae are all great day trips too.More about the Location:
Annual Events: Largs Viking Festival is an annual event which runs for a week in late August/ beginning of September. This brings in many different groups of people to entertain, sell and educate to all the visitors who flock to the town.
Good places to eat near Largs: Largs boasts several excellent places to eat including Scotts at the Marina, Lounge in the Main Street, Tapas in Boyd Street, the world famous Nardini's who sell ice cream as well as their legendary fish and chips. Several other eateries and carry outs of Indian food or Fish and Chips offering the chance to escape the kitchen on holiday! Coffee shops abound and offer the most delicious temptations to accompany the cuppa. Further afield is Braidwood Restaurant which gets extremely booked up and would need to be secured well in advance - sometimes up to a year!
