Cosy Pet-Friendly Romantic Retreat near Largs

Beautifully decorated and furnished, this stylish rental for two, could be perfect for a couple searching for a romantic chill-out base from which to discover some of the best of Ayrshire. Spot wildlife, strolling, with your pet, through the heather moorlands of the nearby Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park. On the way home, pick up some fresh local produce at the Farm shop, souvenirs from the craft shop, and enjoy a leisurely meal at one of the restaurants.

After a walk along the shore, spend a peacefully evening, watching Netflix, curled up together on the plush sofa in the stylish sitting room.

Rinse off the day in the very attractive ground-floor walk-in shower, before heading upstairs to bed. The exertions of day will, together with the enchanting, super-cosy double bedroom, ensure a night of sweet dreams.

Next morning fix a lovely breakfast, from those local provisions you picked up in the village, in the bright and cheerful kitchen that has a full complement of appliances: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. There is a washing machine with iron and ironing board in the utility room.

Enjoy Scotland's game, at Fairlie's two golf courses. Take a stroll around the nearby town of Largs or a boat trip at the coast. Enjoy arts and crafts in nearby West Kilbride, home to many artists and craftsmen. Not to be missed, graffiti on walls of Kelburn Castle, and...the secret garden. Everyone loves a tipple so why not visit; Millport, Isle of Cumbrae gin distillery.
