This is an exceptional five bedroom, 5 bathroom holiday home in Llangoed, Anglesey, north Wales. Finished to a very high standard, this barn conversion offers a superior self-catering holiday experience. Standing in pleasing countryside, close to the sea, each day will bring lovely coastal views.

Beautifully designed, this spacious Anglesey holiday home is able to sleep up to ten guests in comfort. Three of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor which is always a bonus for a multi-generational family. These bedrooms vary in size, the superking bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the king-size benefits from an en-suite shower room, plus there is a twin bedroom. The bedroom upstairs has a large superking bed with a bathroom which offers a full-length bath and separate shower. The fifth bedroom is situated in a self-contained annexe attached to the house. This annexe also has its own living room, kitchen and bathroom.

A large geometric picture window in the sitting room allows in plenty of light and offers panoramic views of the scenery. A log burner adds to the cosiness and comfort of this room. There is also a dining area. A beautiful wooden kitchen is a delight to use. A large American fridge/freezer will store plenty of food and your favourite beverages, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer help to deal with everyday chores. The type of cooker can be important to some, we all have our own preferences and this holiday property has an electric oven, easy to use and clean induction hob and a microwave. For guests entertainment there is a PlayStation 3 at this property.

The groundfloor swimming pool will undoubtedly be of great delight. The fact that it is a private heated indoor pool is a real treat.

Guests will also be pleased to know that the house benefits from superfast Broadband service which it may need with a big group of people staying.

Everything about this property is superlative. It is set in attractive scenery on the Isle of Anglesey, under four miles from Beaumaris. The air is fresh, there are plenty of outdoor things to do and tourist attractions to visit. The mountains of Snowdonia will feature most days and they’re easily accessible for days out. There is plenty of parking adjacent to the accommodation and even a charging point for an electric vehicle.

Pet owners may bring up to two dogs and the terrain is superb for pets, both in the nearby countryside and on the beaches.
