This refurbished Welsh farm barn is in a secluded location, opposite the owners' home and close to the town of Llandeilo in Carmarthenshire. This 2 bedroom detached cottage has been beautifully converted to sleep four in a double bedroom and spacious twin bedroom on the first floor and a comfortable sitting room and modern kitchen and dining area below. Making the most of the space, there is a perfect hideaway on the landing with a chair to sit and read a book to escape.

Head outside and relax on the veranda with a cold drink and a book or head down the steps to the enclosed garden area. The isolated position of this beautiful Llandeilo cottage means some outstanding views all year round; a fresh green spring and colourful summer, amazing autumnal colours or maybe a white backdrop of snow in winter, these private views are well worth waking up for.

Being hidden in the countryside, you can enjoy scenic walks and cycle rides right from your doorstep, or take a long walk or short drive, three miles into the picturesque market town of Llandeilo to explore the medieval Dinefwr and Carreg Cennen Castles. Or head out to try the steam railway in Carmarthen or the stunning cliff walks and beaches of Gower Peninsula, if you have a spare day you can squeeze in a family day to one of the popular seaside resorts in Pembrokeshire.

This modern Carmarthenshire cottage is the perfect location for a holiday whether it be with family or friends, surrounded by countryside as far as you can see but with a lifeline of civilisation only three miles away.
