Sitting close to the centre of New Quay is this contemporary, large, detached holiday home, Ty Ni. This pet-friendly property sits on an elevated position with views across the town and sea, whilst providing off-road parking, an enclosed garden with hot tub, bedrooms with en-suites, and a luxury, open-plan living space with stylish furnishings. It's a superb base for families, friends, and couples alike to enjoy a relaxing holiday along Cardigan Bay. The beautifully appointed, large living area has everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar to prepare hearty meals at home. In the sitting area, you can relax after the day's adventures in front of the Smart TV and woodburning stove, or open the bi-fold doors to let the outside in. Why not relax on the front decking on summer evenings with a glass of wine in hand as you admire the sea views? Alternatively, make your way to the private, enclosed garden where the little ones can play, whilst you unwind in the hot tub. Completing the ground floor is a utility room and ground-floor wet room to freshen up straight off the beach.
