Resting on the outskirts of Derwen, near to Clawdd-newydd, in-between Ruthin and Corwen, this property is perfect for large family holidays or big walking groups looking for a wonderful place to retreat to after the day's activities. Park up on the drive and travel down the twenty-one shallow steps to the property's entrance, and step into the open-plan living space and be impressed with the contemporary and stylish décor. This large hub of the home has several spots to settle in, from the inviting sofas arranged around the mesmerising electric fire and Smart TV, to the large, bespoke dining table, handmade by the owner himself, which will be host to many merry nights spent feasting on delicious food and wine with your loved ones. Find the fantastic kitchen flooded with light thanks to the large windows with views over the valley adding a beautiful backdrop, you can sit at the breakfast peninsula with a morning coffee, later on cooking up some tasty treats and making use of the amazing range of appliances, including an electric oven and hob.
