Garth Morthin Barn stands at the northern end of Cardigan Bay in the village of Morfa Bychan close to Porthmadog and a long stretch of sandy beach. The property is strictly up-market, one of two built to a high specification. Inside, there is mood lighting, a designer kitchen, a lovely wrought iron and stone staircase and every thought given to creating a desirable holiday home.
The barn can accommodate up to eight people in its four bedrooms, all with their own TV. Three of the bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom are on ground and also on upper floors providing a choice should anyone in the group have difficulty in climbing stairs.
The open-plan spacious and bright living area has enormous picture windows with lovely views of the countryside and the patio with seating in the garden.
