Lower Mill Cottage is a charming one bedroom cottage that occupies the ground floor of an old water-mill, with the original water-mill still in place and visible when you overlook the the lovely gardens. The cottage sits in the grounds of Wheel Farm which has a lovely indoor, heated swimming pool and sauna plus a tennis court, children's play area and dog walking field.
The main living area is open plan and has double sofa, TV with Freeview and DVD, plus a cosy wood-burner.The kitchen is at the other end of the room and is well equipped with an electric oven with hob, a dishwasher, micro-wave, a slow cooker and a fridge with freezer. The dining area with table and chairs overlooking the garden. A large sliding door separates the lounge from the ensuite bedroom. The double bedroom has a wooden bed, chest of dawers and fitted wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash-basin and WC.
A travel cot is available (cot linen is not provided) and towels and linen are provided. The sottage also accepts one dog.
Wheel Farm is 10 minutes from the quaint fishing village of Combe Martin which has a lovely, harbour beach. The cottage is only 15 minutes from the stunning North Devon coast and the beaches at Woolacombe and Puttsborough.
