Elm Cottage is a superb barn convertion on a family farm in Lincolnshire. Elm Cottage has step free level access suitable for wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility. Elm has one double with an ensuite wet room and a large twin bedroom with a bathroom, the third king-size bedroom has an ensuite shower.

This recently refurbished cottage has a modern fitted kitchen and an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors to to a pretty courtyard garden plus door to an outside seating and dining area with a Hot tub. (Extra charge for The Hot tub if required) The outside dining area overlooks the grass paddocks and wildflower meadow. The open plan lounge has a 50" wall mounted Smart TV and a log burner with a starter box of logs included. WiFi included.

Childrens play area is available for small children in the paddock and over 18 acres of nature walks from your door.

We have a Garden dining lodge in the grass paddocks with BBQs and Pizza oven can be pre booked by family groups.

Separate barn with washers and driers plus tourist information. Local village pub serving good food and local ales. "Welcome Hamper" can be pre ordered when booking.

EV Car charging onsite, you will need to download the Vend Electric App to use and pay.

Large off road level tarmac car park with parking for several cars.
