A wonderful 17th century family holiday cottage, positioned in a tranquil North Norfolk village. Renovated to give a charming, homely feel, this property sleeps up to 6 people and is ideal for a family to enjoy a gorgeous rural area and explore some of most unspoilt coastline in England.
Attention to detail is plain to see when you enter this property. The large entrance hall contains a striking writing desk and cloakroom. Moving through the property, the spacious lounge boasts a stunning woodburning stove, so you can enjoy cosy evenings in the winter months. The ground floor also hosts a large well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The two double bedrooms contain king-sized beds, with one containing an en-suite bathroom and the other a walk-in wardrobe. There is also a good-sized twin bedroom.
The enclosed paved garden is a great place to enjoy the morning sun and there is off-road parking available for two cars.
Based in the quiet village of Northrepps, the holiday cottage is positioned close to the beautiful architectural delight of the village church. The beach at Overstrand is just a miles drive from your front door and the famous seaside town of Cromer, famous for its Cromer Crab, is only 3 miles down the road. You can reach Norwich in under an hour, and the popular market towns of Holt and Aylsham are easy day trips.
